Most people know automobile liability insurance is mandated by states in order to own, register and drive a motor vehicle, but few people consider their specific needs when obtaining such insurance and often assume the 'standard' policy is right for them. We will help you to design the appropriate coverage for you and understand how some differences may affect the insurance policy you decide to purchase.

  Auto Liability
Pays for damages for bodily injury (BI) or property damage (PD) if you are found legally responsible for because of an auto accident.

  Physical Damage
Pays for direct and accidental loss to your covered auto. Any applicable policy deductible is subtracted from the loss payment.

  Uninsured/Underinsured motorist
Pays for bodily injury to you as a result of an accident in which the other driver is either uninsured or underinsured.

  Personal Injury Protection
Pays for the economic loss connected with bodily injury resulting from an auto accident on a "NO-FAULT" basis.

  Medical Payment
Pays for medical and funeral expenses sustained by an insured or a passenger that result from an auto accident in a covered vehicle. It covers those expenses regardless of fault.

Note: Nothing stated herein is intended to supersede or replace any provisions of the actual insurance policies and the coverage and risks underwritten by those policies. Insurance policies contain many conditions, exclusions and other terms which are not explained or described in this summary which is only for general information purposes. You must always review the actual insurance policies for the precise wording of the coverage, terms, conditions and limits which apply to you and your particular insurance.
